About Me:Jono

Followers of Phils blog may already know or think they know quiet a lot about our little group. I've been seriously war gaming for about 12 years now, having joined my local club at the Airbus factory in Broughton, North Wales. My favourite periods are the American Civil War and the Napoleonic Wars. I consider myself to be a Royalist (despite my ancestor being a Round Head) and am very proud of being British.

When not refighting old battles I regularly do battle with two kids and a wife (I regularly loose). I'm just about to hit 40 and have spent the last 20 years working shifts as an Air Traffic Controller (an occupation that has at time made serious dents in my war gaming time).

Oh and I hate dice!
