My new rebel scum fleet on the left running away from Imperial star destroyer (i did this a lot)
Lost this one badly due to his better fighter cover but he had an illegal list i was awarded all the points. (Meh he he!)

Managed to lose 2 games badly and win one well and still came in third,
back to the drawing board.

ReplyDeleteAs you say playing the imperial fleets is like using the Swiss, just point them and click. The Rebels are a different breed.
I like the AF but I would not use them in a tourney unless I had some experience of making them work in a fleet.

ReplyDeleteYes, but you have to organise, plan and manoeuvre your units before making the assault - rather than begin the game with with all your troops already in a town sector!
