Another outing for the Magnus imperium rules

This time its Alexander versus Darius at the battle of issus

 Persians set up across Alexanders line of supply,

Greek mercenaries on the river edge 

Persian foot backing them up

 Alexanders army facing them 

numerically inferior but hopefully quality will tell

 Persian right wing which was meant to pin the Greek left flank on the other side of the river struggles to comply

 Greeks closing boldly

 Cavalry clash on the Persian left flank

 Greeks struggling to get to grips with the Persians

 Pressure from the Greek right flank begins to tell

Day ends and the Persians are still on the field
